Returns Policy
Perishable Items: Due to the nature of perishable goods, these items are non-returnable unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Non-Perishable Items: Non-perishable items may be eligible for returns if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of delivery
Refund Policy
Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Perishable Returns: Refunds for eligible non-perishable returns will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval. We will notify you once your refund has been processed
Exclusions
Gift cards, promotional items, and clearance items are non-refundable.
